Hope Care Support Limited appoint COO, CFO, CIO, CLO

Hope Care Support (HCS) Limited – 01 December 2018 – HCS today announced that Co-founder, Margaret Falegan has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer, a new position within HCS. In this new role, Margaret is responsible for day to day operation of the Hope Care Support Limited.

Margaret is a seasoned and trusted leader who consistently delivers results. Margaret has a background in health service as social worker and worked with NHS partnership in Hertfordshire. She has an extensive Care background, particularly in social care management, with nearly five years as an Auxiliary Nurse for the NHS. Margaret is a qualified care professional, holding all necessary qualifications to undertake specialist domiciliary care and to act as a care supervisor and manager; she is fully regulated and approved by The Care Quality Commission. Effective immediately, Margaret will assume responsibility for driving sales and ensuring quality delivery of services to our esteemed clients. The office of the COO reports directly to the board.

Effective immediately, Pat as he is fondly referred to has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, a new position within HCS. Pat is responsible for the financial health of the business. He is competent practitioner and a graduate in Business information systems involved in a variety of digital change, business processes, IT transformation, GDPR & digital payment. He has wealth of experience delivering projects in the banking, manufacturing, charity and housing organisations. He possesses full project lifecycle experience, strong communication, multi-tasking and stakeholder management skills. Patrick brings to the company his IT and project management skills to support the organisation’s IT strategy in engaging wider clients, and maintaining efficiency. The office of the CFO reports directly to the board.

Effective immediately, Soji, as he is fondly referred to, has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer, a new position within HCS. In this role, Soji will drive the technology policy of the business and ensure the IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud) of Hope Care Support is fit for the business operation. Soji has a background in technology with his vertical in network data transport and security. He possesses strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. He has the ability to adapt quickly to complex situations and equally learn ever-changing technologies extremely fast. A unique value that Soji brings to the business is a strong interpersonal relation aimed to create and sustain a relationship with clients and colleagues. Coupled with his track record of abilities to develop and manage workflows, risks, stakeholder relationships, communications, suppliers, service, and finances. Over these years, Soji has developed a substantial appetite for quality and agility. He has a career history of almost 20 years working in retail, banking, technology and pharmaceutical companies. The office of the CIO reports directly to the board.

Effective immediately, Taiwo, as he is fondly referred to, has been appointed as the Chief Legal Officer, a new position within HCS. In this new role, Taiwo will focus on all legal details of the company, regulatory interactions, client complaints in line with the law. Taiwo is a qualified, practicing Pharmacist in the United Kingdom with almost ten years of professional practice and experience. He has built his experience over the years by providing pharmacy services to retail, community, Prisons and NHS Hospital pharmacies. Taiwo brings to the company his skills in clinical pharmacy, patient counseling, and medicine use review and medical management. The office of the CLO reports directly to the board.
